Kerry has more than 15 years of accounting and auditing experience. He has worked with clients in various industries, including construction and real estate, technology, manufacturing, distribution, and retail. Kerry manages several of the Dallas practice’s largest audits.  

He has managed the audit process of privately held companies for debt compliance and of publicly traded companies for SEC compliance. He also has assisted clients with various reporting requirements and filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and registration statements.
Kerry is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the DFW Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, and The Real Estate Council. 
He is a 2002 graduate of Harding University, Searcy, Arkansas, with a B.B.A. degree in accounting.
